I hired a Motorhome from Motorhome escapes in April/May. The booking process was very straightforward … More and the staff were super responsive and helpful when contacted. Picking up the vehicle was very easy and again, straightforward. The Motorhome was perfect for travelling around for 2 weeks around the Scottish highlands (consider which routes you plan to take according to your driving ability and experience when driving a large vehicle in the highlands). Returning the vehicle was easy and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. I took note of their advice on routes and vehicle usage and maintenance and everything went very smoothly and it was the basis for a brilliant travelling holiday around Scotland. This was a dream holiday which Motorhome Escapes helped to make come true. The whole experience was wonderful, … More from the ease of booking with Michelle (who kindly answered all my random questions) to the collection with Kirsty (who was very helpful and explained everything clearly) and the ease and friendliness of the team when returning.We hired the dog friendly ISLAY. We found it spacious with plenty of storage space for clothes and food etc, fully equipped with everything you need, plus very comfortable seating and bed. The TV was a bonus on the rainy evenings to watch the Olympics.We travelled west via Loch Lomond up to Glencoe (which is truly stunning) onto Skye then back via Fort William and Falkirk. If I’d known how much we would enjoy being in the motorhome I’d have booked it for two weeks as there is so much to see and do in Scotland.Thank you to the whole team.
